Wow!! Wes has been nothing short of amazing! We are out of state and Wes made this process seem so effortless. He went above and beyond what we ever thought he should do, especially while dealing with a pandemic and not being able to be out there to see the houses ourselves. He made long drives as often as we needed and FaceTimed every house with us giving us details from small to large. Wes is very timely and got back to us quickly with any questions we had! He always had a tip or trick up his sleeve to try and get the edge for us! We absolutely loved working with him and feel like we made a new friend in the process. Wesley has been a fantastic agent, especially for us as first time home buyers. From the very beginning, he has had our interests in mind, and kept us informed on things regarding the process and pitfalls of buying a new home. He has been very responsive to messages, and makes every effort to respond as quickly as possible. He even set us up with a colleague on a temporary basis when he had to take a week off. He has also been very patient as we found several houses we wanted to look at, and has not refused to show us around any of them. He sometimes proactively sends us to houses that he thinks look like a good fit (and in fact, the one we bought was one of these). And he has never tried to nudge us to buy a more expensive property, or tried to nudge us at all really except for important reasons like potential roofing issues, and other things that are important for us to avoid. After the purchase, he met us at the house on closing day. He helped us work through some issues that the previous owner left for us, and followed up to make sure we felt at home in the new place. Having purchased a home for the first time, I am glad we got Wesley Ollson as our agent, and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new home.
